WHY USE Rabitof ?

Rabitof is a water based, concentrated, standardised, garlic extract with added gustatory juices for better results. It is ideal for use in agricultural crops especially during early establishment when high levels of sulphur and selenium are required. It is also suitable for use on nursery stock and general amenity areas including parks and gardens, playing fields and conservation areas.

HOW TO USE Rabitof

For optimal results Rabitof should be used regularly every 7-14 days. It is rain fast in 1 hour in summer and 2 hours in autumn/winter. Ideally apply late afternoon when plants are more receptive. During use the characteristic smell of garlic will become evident; however, treated areas and plants will become odourless within minutes.

Drilled row crops: Dilute 1:100 in water and apply 350 - 500L per hectare as a fine spray to run-off. Brassicas (Brussels sprout, broccoli, rape, turnips, swedes, cauliflower, cabbage etc) will particularly benefit from Rabitof applications due to their high sulphur and selenium requirements.

Nursery stock and amenity areas: Dilute 1:100 in water and apply as a fine spray to run-off. Apply 350 - 500L per hectare depending on foliage density, plant size and animal pressure. Apply in the late afternoon when plants are more receptive.

BENEFITS OF Rabitof

Animal repellence. Growers and farmers also find that the garlic smell and taste, which is rapidly undetectable to humans, keeps rabbits, deer, crows and pigeons off treated plants for considerable periods of time. This is likely to be due to the significantly more sensitive sense of smell of these animals compared to humans.

Healthier plants. Rabitof due to its high levels of sulphur and selenium helps to resist the adverse effects of transplant stress and assists in optimising the effects of fertilisation giving strong, healthy and compact plants.

Insect repellence. Regular Rabitof applications aid plants natural resistance to insects such as crane fly, frit fly, thrips, whitefly and aphids.

Fungal suppression. Regular use of Rabitof assists crops to resist or recover from most of the common fungal diseases. Research worldwide has shown garlic's fungistatic and fungicidal activity against Fusarium oxysporum, Phytophthora spp., Phythium spp., Rhizoctonia solani, Botrytis cinerea, Alternaria brassisicola, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and numerous other pathogenic fungi.
